Our rental application is completely electronic. You can apply online through our website. Once you have found the home you wish to apply for, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the rental listing page. You will be prompted to pay your application fee via credit card. 

Please apply to an apartment within 60 days of your move and we will contact you within 24-72 hours regarding your application status. Apartments will only be held for 30 days once the deposit is paid. An application is good for 60 days, and availability is only known 30 days out. We will follow up with you once we have reviewed your application.

*Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application. Meeting the minimum rental requirements doesn’t guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed individually and is subject to screening and final approval.

To be approved, an applicant must have a clean background and credit check, a minimum credit score of 600, and a monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rental amount.
